Kevin says this was/is a 1989 Jeep CJ5 with a fuel injected 4.0L motor, now stroked to 4.6L. The Jeep has a wide ratio T18 transmission with a Dana 20 T-case with Tera low gears and twin sticks. Dana 60 front and Dana 708HD rear, both welded. 3 link front, 4 link rear, coilovers all around. Custom tube chassis designed and built by Kevin. Custom 22 gallon aluminum fuel cell. Custom behind the axle steering setup, ram assist. Hummer double beadlock wheels with 39.5 Irok tires. Barely fits through the Dusy Ershim Trail. Took six years to build and it’s a lot of fun! It makes almost everything look easy.
